Instructor Bio: Carolann is a certified nutrition coach who specializes in helping people make friends with food. This process looks different for everyone, and could include setting and meeting food-based goals for health or performance, gaining knowledge about nutrition, or learning tips for food prep and meal planning. When she's not talking about food, Carolann is growing it or cooking it. She is also a mom, civil servant, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and youth climbing coach.
